Presentation Request Form

Would you like to learn more about IN LSAMP? We are available to present to faculty, staff or students across Indiana.

Guidelines:

• Presentations are offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. (Requests submitted outside this timeframe will be reviewed on case-by-case request)
• A request form should be submitted at least one week before preferred presentation date.
• Presentations are open to faculty, staff, and student groups located in Indiana. Outside requests should be directed to IN LSAMP at inlsamp@iupui.edu.
  There are options for Zoom or webinar presentations.
