Allison
Bornkamp
Biology, 2023
Ms. Bornkamp was selected as an IN LSAMP Scholar in 2021. Currently, she is seeking a BS in Biology with a double concentration in wildlife biology & conservation and zoology. As an LSAMP scholar, she has worked with Stacy Yager on the study of paleoceanography and paleoclimatology through the use of micropaleontology. After graduation, she hopes to attend graduate school and become a wildlife biologist focused on the research and conservation of threatened/endangered species.
Ariyona
Palmer
Chemistry, 2021
Ms. Palmer was selected as an IN LSAMP Mentor in 2019. And is currently serving as a Research Scholar. Currently, she is seeking a BS in Chemistry. She is a member of the Pride of Mid America Marching Band Color guard and has participated in the Ball State chapter of American Association of University Women and Health Occupations Students of America. Ms. Palmer has spent her summers with Whirlpool Corporation as an Engineering and Supply Chain Management Intern. Currently, she serves as a Research Scholar for IN LSAMP at BSU. After graduation she plans to attend graduate school for Biomedical Engineering.
